Production Planning Control

To arrange production in accordance with customer demand and quality standards, we are searching for a qualified production planner. You will be responsible for making sure our products are created on time and distributed profitably.
A great production planner is knowledgeable about manufacturing processes and how to improve them. They have excellent problem-solving abilities and are well-organized and results-driven. Advanced computer and communication abilities are crucial for the position.
The objective is to make sure that our production activities run smoothly and economically.

Responsibilities :

synchronize the production process for one or more items.
Plan and order your tasks to get the best results with the least amount of delay.
Identify the personnel, machinery, and raw materials required to meet the manufacturing requirement.
assigning personnel to certain production operations
Schedule shifts based on production requirements.
Monitor projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and on budget. Address problems as they come up to ensure minimal disruption.
Obtain output data, such as the quantity of completed products and the defect rate.
create and submit performance and status reports
Keep documents organized.
Work with the quality assurance, warehouse, and other staff members.

Requirements and Skills : 

a track record as a production planner
excellent understanding of the principles of quality control and production planning
MRP II (manufacturing resource planning) experience
working familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office
competent in statistics and math
outstanding planning and problem-solving abilities
outstanding communication skills
BE.Mechanic/High School Diploma; Preferably with additional training or certification
