The ideal applicant will be a dedicated worker who can handle a variety of office support jobs and perform well under pressure. This person will feel at ease working with extreme caution and attention to detail as well as introducing fresh and efficient methods to get better results.
Help colleagues and set up the office in a way that streamlines processes.
Sort and distribute correspondence as soon as possible.
Organise and schedule meetings and appointments. Create and update records to ensure the authenticity and correctness of information.
Keep an eye on supply levels and deal with shortages.
Fix office-related problems and react to inquiries or concerns
Work with other departments to make sure that stated policies are followed.
Keep your connections with clients, customers, and coworkers trustworthy.
when necessary, perform receptionist duties.
Qualifications and abilities:
Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems (ERP software) Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant, or in another pertinent administrative function
working familiarity with office tools
thorough knowledge of office management techniques
excellent time-management and organisational skills
Possessing analytical skills and a knack for solving problems
Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
Mastery of Microsoft Office.
