Accountant

Job Brief :

We are looking for an Accountant to oversee all financial operations, including fixed payments and variable expenses, as well as bank deposits and budgeting.
Auditing financial documentation and procedures, reconciling bank statements, and computing tax payments and returns are all tasks of accountants. To be effective in this capacity, you need have prior bookkeeping knowledge as well as an eye for recognizing numerical errors.
Finally, you will supply us with precise quantitative information on our company’s financial situation, liquidity, and cash flows, as well as ensure that we are in compliance with all tax requirements.

Responsibilities : 

All accounting transactions must be managed.
Make budget projections.
Financial statements must be published on time.
Handle closings on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Accounts payable and receivable must be reconciled.
Ensure that bank payments are made on schedule.
Prepare tax returns and compute taxes.
Balance sheets and profit/loss statements must be managed.
Provide information about the company’s financial health and liquidity.
Financial transactions and records should be audited.
Maintain financial data confidentiality and backup databases as needed.
Observe financial policies and laws.

Requirements and Skills : 

Accountant work experience.
Accounting standards and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), are well-understood.
Experience with accounting tools such as FreshBooks and QuickBooks.
Vlookups and pivot tables (optional) are advanced MS Excel skills.
Knowledge of general ledger functions.
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
B.Com, BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related degree is required.
An additional certification (CPA or CMA) is advantageous.
